Guthrie Clinic invites applications for an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist to partner with senior HR leadership. The role focuses on guiding management on labor relations, conducting investigations, and applying HR policies consistently across Guthrie entities.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in HR (master's preferred) and at least 2 years of HR experience in employee or labor relations, especially in healthcare settings.
The Employee/Labor Relations Specialist collaborates with Sr. Director of Employee and Labor Relations to provide expertise and guidance to all levels of management related to employee and labor relations issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience is required. Master's Degree in HR or related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years HR related experience in an employee relations, labor relations, or HR Generalist role. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience specific to healthcare.
