JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Relations Manager works under minimal supervision. This position is responsible for leading the assigned employee relations team and providing oversight over the function and initiatives. It serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations escalations, issues, concerns and complaints.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Candidates with experience working in a large company with 10,000 or more employees strongly preferred.
This position falls under a hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote / 3 days in office and as needed.
