Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication preferred.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or production equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude desired.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles valued.

Responsibilities

• Follow all plant safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Support setup and operation of assigned workstations and tasks.
• Perform material handling and move materials using manual or mechanical aids.
• Assist Operators by monitoring machine output and aiding basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production tasks with hand and power tools; keep area clean and organized.
