Job summary

Scheels in Rochester, MN is seeking a Full Time Service Shop & Delivery Technician to load, assemble, and deliver Scheels merchandise, from exercise equipment to bikes. You will troubleshoot delivery issues and maintain accurate records for trucks and equipment.

Qualified candidates have a clean, valid driver’s license and can work a flexible schedule from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with some Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and safety awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation instructions, and manuals.
• High school diploma or GED required; DOT driver approval may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and accuracy during loading and transport of merchandise.
• Assemble, service, and deliver Scheels merchandise (e.g., exercise machines, trampolines, bikes).
• Troubleshoot delivery and equipment issues for customers.
• Maintain records for store operations, equipment, and delivery trucks.
• Ensure trucks and delivery areas are clean and professional.
• Be able to read safety documents and manuals; follow procedures.
