KE&G Construction Inc. is seeking highly motivated experienced concrete finishers for full-time work in the Sierra Vista, AZ area.

The role involves finishing poured concrete surfaces, forming and shaping concrete, and operating a range of tools on active construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience finishing concrete, strong teamwork, and the ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate on site and with team members.
• Must work in a team environment with employee-owners.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Finish poured concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Pour, spread, tamp, shape, and finish concrete to specs.
• Operate tools like edgers, trowels, bull floats, and brooms.
• Create expansion joints and edges with specialized tools.
• Patch and repair horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces.
• Build and strip concrete forms and wood frames.
• Assist with subgrade work and mixing materials.
• Break up and repair old concrete surfaces.
• Dig, excavate, trench, and backfill as needed.
• Mix and pour concrete.
