D&S Manufacturing in Black River Falls, WI is seeking a welder to join the Weld Department on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:15 pm–1:15 am). Performs welding on a standard line of weldments and structures following prescribed procedures and WPS.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; a 1-year welding certificate is preferred. Benefits include 100% health insurance deductible paid, 3% 401k contribution, PTO, 9 holidays, a $1,000 hiring bonus, and quarterly incentive pay plan.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year technical college diploma or certificate in welding preferred.
• Experience or training demonstrating welding principles and techniques.

Mansioni

• Within defined welding procedure specification (WPS) ranges, adjust and regulate machines to obtain best penetration, fill, weld quality and performance.
• Fit and position weldments using fixtures and jigs or without fixtures when appropriate.
• Dimensional and alignment control as per instructions; follow inspection and test processes.
