Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is hiring a Sanitation Associate to support Operations by keeping work areas clean and orderly. The role requires transporting supplies between departments and maintaining neat stacks of boxes and pallets in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include cleaning machines, floors, walls, and ceilings, managing waste, and operating material-handling equipment. Physical exertion and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Related warehouse experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Physical ability to perform duties as described below.

Responsibilities

• The Sanitation Associate will support Operations by keeping working areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Transport supplies between departments.
• Arrange and maintain boxes, pallets and product in a neat and orderly manner.
• Clean lint, dust, oil and grease from machines, lighting fixtures and racking.
• Clean floors and wash walls and ceilings.
• Empty wastebaskets and manage the bailer.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replace light bulbs and ensure signage is in proper locations.
• Operate MHE to transport materials within the DC.
