Job summary

Royal Brass and Hose is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will perform general warehouse duties including order pulling, packing, receiving shipments, and cycle counting to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include using forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with team members to meet daily goals. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders and stock orders; prepare kits and discrepancy sheets.
• Pack boxes, create shipping labels, and handle UPS, FedEx, and motor freight documents.
• Receive and verify shipments; log stock placement and sign for deliveries.
• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure order accuracy before shipping.
• Dispatch orders with correct quantities, freight costs, and tracking numbers.
• Assist with inventory/cycle counts as a team effort.
• Assist hose assembly and kit packaging per customer specifications.
• Greet and assist customers at front counter and support fabrication of hoses and fittings as needed.
• Participate in year-end inventory and continuous improvement meetings.
