Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a Shop Assembler to join our Brands department in Utah. You will follow detailed instructions to assemble products, inspect quality, and prepare shipments while keeping work areas clean and safe.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $16.00 per hour with bonuses and benefits typical of our ESOP-enabled, employee-owned culture. We value teamwork, reliability, and the ability to read and follow complex packing instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions to assemble products.
• Inspect assembled items for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products or parts according to instructions.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Package completed products for shipment and verify order accuracy.
• Maintain an organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Report any malfunctions or defective parts to supervisors.
• Conduct quality checks on packaged items before distribution.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient workflows.
