Job summary

Symbria Rehab in Elgin, IL is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our employee-owned team. You will develop personalized treatment plans, support patient mobility, and collaborate with therapists and aides to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes. Licensure and readiness to work in acute/rehab settings are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Holds a valid state PT license (or in process).
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Developing personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Setting goals, tracking progress, and maintaining productivity standards.
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and working closely with the interdisciplinary team.
