Job summary

IT Landes Company, LLC is looking for a Commercial Service Plumbing Technician to service commercial and residential equipment in a commercial setting. The role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, replacing parts, and performing installations in the Bensalem area.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience, basic electrical safety knowledge, and the ability to read specifications and drawings. On-call rotation and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs. experience specific to the commercial plumbing industry.
• Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools and equipment of the trade.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and other electrical safety.
• Ability to read, understand and work from specifications and drawings.
• Sewer jetting/ excavation experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot drains and water lines and replace defective parts.
• Install/replace sinks, toilets, appliances and related lines including electrical connections.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness with service orders and timecards.
