Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a skilled pipe welder to plan, lay out, and perform welding and fabrication work in accordance with plans, specs, and codes. You will work on projects in the industrial/commercial sector, reading isometrics and P&IDs, and must pass weld tests while collaborating with foremen and crew.

The role requires strong math skills, safety awareness, and the ability to read drawings. Expect a physically demanding environment with opportunities for growth and career development

Qualifications

• Must have strong pipe welding skills and ability to read drawings and specs.
• Ability to take direction and work with improved processes.
• Must pass welding tests for the work performed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
• Produce high quality work safely and productively.
• Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available.
• Look for opportunities for improvement in tasks and methods.
