Job summary

HAC INC. in Edmond, OK is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescriptions and deliver top-tier customer service in a busy, patient-focused environment.

You will lead staff, maintain inventory, coordinate with doctors, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, DEA and FDA regulations, while pursuing the employee-owned ownership path. Required qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or ACPE-accredited degree, Oklahoma licensure, and about 2 years

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree accredited by ACPE.
• Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy licensure in good standing.
• 2 years of pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department.
• Performs quality assurance to ensure accurate prescriptions.
• Maintains relationships with doctors and health professionals.
• Manages pharmacy inventory and supplier orders to optimize turns.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, and all state/federal regulations.
