Job summary

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) in Camp Hill, PA is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Service Division. The role involves traveling to multiple sites in a company vehicle to handle work orders, turnovers, and light maintenance tasks across apartment communities.

The starting rate is $21 per hour, with hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. PMI offers an employee-owned structure, a 401(k) with match, health benefits, disability coverage, PTO, holidays, and on-call

Qualifications

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Customer service.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
• Rotating On-Call in the West Shore Communities.
• May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
