Job summary

Nosco is looking for a Lithographic Press Operator at our Bridgeview, IL facility. As an employee owner in this position, you will assist with setup and operation of multi-color press, complying with customer specifications while maintaining the high level of quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of lithographic press experience or equivalent technical skills.
• Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.
• Ability to understand and meet performance expectations from supervision.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and extended periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press per SOPs, work instructions, and control riders.
• Monitor production efficiency and quality while documenting results accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine problems and perform testing to determine corrective actions.
• Assist in minimizing remakes by identifying issues and communicating with downstream operators.
• Perform clean-up/maintenance tasks per company SOP.
• Maintain a high rate of productivity and adhere to setup/run speed targets.
