Clune Construction is seeking an Accounting Corporate Operations Analyst to support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will ensure accuracy across general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets while upholding internal controls.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, performs job cost accounting and WIP, and uses ERP systems plus MS Excel to improve data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of GAAP and ability to apply accounting principles in day-to-day activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a structured close environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, reconciliations).

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support job cost accounting and WIP preparation.
• Prepare schedules and reports with data accuracy.
