Job summary

Pharis Design an LJA Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support design planning and project execution. You will collaborate with a design team to deliver creative, compliant landscape solutions while coordinating schedules, budgets, and client communications.

You will work under Principals and Project Managers to ensure design integrity, quality control, and timely delivery across multiple projects, including field and office work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design coordination and project management support.
• Coordinate design activities to ensure timely deliverables and adherence to standards.
• Serve as client liaison, provide progress updates and manage feedback.
• Perform quality control reviews under supervision of senior staff.
• Apply creative problem-solving to balance aesthetics, functionality and feasibility.
• Provide design oversight and guidance to the team to meet objectives.
• Maintain project documentation throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design elements.
