Job summary

WellStar Health System seeks an Employee Health Clinical Manager to lead daily clinical operations across its Employee Health clinics. The role ensures high-quality, compliant care while advancing the system’s wellness initiatives and patient experience.

The position requires RN licensure, 5+ years in program management within corporate wellness, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance improvements across multiple sites in the WellStar network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Public Health, or related field.
• RN licensure (state-specific) or multi-state license; BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of related industry experience including program management in a corporate wellness/health improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations across all Employee Health clinics.
• Hire, coach, develop, and evaluate clinical staff in line with WellStar performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal policies; drive performance improvement and quality of care.
