Job summary

Hartford Healthcare is seeking an RN Colleague Health professional to support the health and wellness of our employees across our network of hospitals and care facilities. In this role, you will conduct health assessments, manage immunization and screening programs, coordinate workplace injury follow-up, and provide health education and counseling.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate electronic health records, and ensure regulatory and infection prevention

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the United States.
• Experience in occupational health or employee wellness is a plus.
• Knowledge of infectious disease prevention and regulatory standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments for employees across our network.
• Coordinate immunization and screening programs for staff.
• Administer and track workplace injury follow-up activities.
• Provide health education and counseling to employees.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure data integrity.
