AMN Healthcare has been retained to recruit an Employee Health Manager – Nurse Practitioner for Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation. This leadership opportunity offers a rewarding blend of clinical practice and program administration, with an anticipated 50% clinical and 50% administrative schedule. Based primarily at the new Echo Cliffs Health Center, you will help build a comprehensive employee health program while caring for the professionals who support communities across the Navajo, Hopi, and San Juan Southern Paiute reservations. Opportunity Highlights

• See approximately 5 to 6 patients per day for primary care, workers’ compensation, physical assessments, occupational medicine, and related needs.
• Lead injury tracking, workers’ compensation coordination, exposure management, staff vaccination compliance, tuberculosis testing, health assessments, and return-to-work evaluations.
• Advance employee well-being through mental health resources, stress management, and wellness initiatives designed to reduce burnout.
• Receive a $25,000 signing bonus with a two-year commitment and $2,500 to $15,500 in relocation assistance.

Candidate Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice, maintain a current and unrestricted nurse practitioner license in a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, and hold certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
• The position requires at least four years of clinical nurse practitioner experience, two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, and knowledge of applicable OSHA, CDC and Prevention, CMS, and JC requirements.
