CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Employee Health and Infection Prevention Coordinator at Mark Twain Medical Center in San Andreas, CA. You will conduct health screenings, manage infectious disease surveillance, and oversee vaccination and testing programs to keep staff and patients safe.
The role requires an RN licensed in California with BLS and a willingness to lead infection control initiatives and ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and state requirements.
As our Employee Health and Infection Prevention Coordinator, you will help our workforce and patients so they can remain healthy, safe, and protected from communicable diseases within our clinics.
Every day you will conduct health screenings, perform infectious disease surveillance, and manage complex vaccination and testing programs. You will be expected to maintain rigorous compliance with CDC, OSHA, and state regulatory requirements while serving as a vital resource for evidence-based infection prevention practices.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and report health trends, possess the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and show a proactive commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
