Assistance Plus is seeking a detail-oriented Employee Experience Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in Benton, ME. This full-time role involves enhancing the overall employee experience through engagement and wellness initiatives.

The EEC will handle employee events, conduct surveys, and support various HR functions to foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Proof of vehicle insurance and valid Maine driver’s license are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
