Job summary

DriveTime seeks an Employee Engagement Program Manager to shape meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing programming, while guiding the organization’s community giving program. You will champion engagement initiatives, manage events, and drive KPI tracking to inform future planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR programs, or related program/project management roles.
  • Experience with employee engagement programming.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage employee engagement programs that support key lifecycle moments.
  • Own end-to-end program planning, project management, communications, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain a company-wide programming calendar to coordinate timing and avoid overlap across initiatives.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador and subject matter expert on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Track and report program KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future planning.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine existing programs based on employee feedback, engagement data, and business needs.
  • Manage partner relationships with various community organizations.
  • Stay current on employee engagement trends and benchmark against industry best practices to bring new ideas forward.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to align with broader people strategy.
  • Other duties as assigned

In short the Employee Engagement Program Manager plays a key role in shaping meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle by managing new hire and employee programming, key touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle, and the organization’s community giving program. This role ensures employees feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the company’s culture from day one.

In long, the Employee Engagement Program Manager is responsible for:

  • Develop and manage employee engagement programs that support key lifecycle moments

The Specifics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in employee engagement, HR programs, or related program/project management roles
Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and printer.
  • Frequently communicate with internal and external customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • This position could require moving objects up to 20 pounds.
