  • Deliver strategic benefit solutions, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional service and consultation to employers on group benefits plans including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in employee benefits sales or account management.
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Strong knowledge of group benefit products, funding methods, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
