USI Insurance Services seeks a benefits professional to manage a book of small employee benefits accounts and act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. The role involves servicing a high volume of accounts, coordinating with carriers, and guiding renewals and changes.
You will educate clients on compliance topics, assist with enrollment procedures, and leverage USI resources to resolve issues. A life and disability license and strong communication skills are required.

Salary Range: $65,000- $80,000. This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 5%.
