North Okaloosa Physician Group affiliated with North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, FL seeks an experienced General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed team. The ideal candidate will provide surgical care in a high-volume setting near Eglin AFB.

Join 2 physicians and 1 APP, with MAKO robotics, 5 OR suites, Athena EMR with Suki AI scribe, and full clinic support across the highway from the medical center.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Experience with high-volume elective joints, sports medicine and reconstruction.
• Ability to work in a hospital-employed, multi-physician group.

Responsibilities

• Provide general orthopedic surgical care in a hospital-employed group.
• Collaborate with two physicians and one advanced practice provider.
• Work with MAKO robotics and manage OR blocks with 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
• Utilize Athena EMR with Suki AI scribe for clinical documentation.
• Support outpatient clinic access across the highway from the medical center.

North Okaloosa Physician Group, affiliated with North Okaloosa Medical Center (NOMC), is seeking an experienced, board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed group in Crestview, Florida.

Step into an immediate, high-volume elective practice fueled by an active population near Eglin Air Force Base. Local demand for elective joints, sports medicine, and reconstructive procedures is extremely high across our captive Primary Service Area of 215,000+ residents. About Your Work:

• Employed, full-time, well-respected practice
• Join 2 physicians and 1 APP
• 25-bed ED (40,000 visits in 2025)
• 5 modern OR suites, dedicated blocks, efficient and tenured OR team, state of the art technology including MAKO and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
• Additional access to ASC with 3 OR suites
• EMR: Athena with Suki AI scribe technology
• Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic across highway from medical center
• Established primary care network and robust specialty care, including Pain Management and Oncology, through established clinical partnerships
• Multidisciplinary support through IP/OP rehabilitation, infusion therapy, IR, and Wound Care/HBO
