The ideal candidate has a quantitative background and programming skills, with a view to pursuing PhD studies. The position is in-person for 1–2 years, with July 1, 2027 as preferred start.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background.
• Excellent programming skills in Stata, R, Matlab or Python.
• Ability to work independently to solve problems.
• Long-term interest in pursuing research in economics.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data for faculty projects.
• Conduct statistical analysis on large databases.
• Simulate theoretical models and support related research tasks.
