Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• 1 year of administrative experience in the medical field.
• 1 year of admissions experience in behavioral/mental health preferred.
• Experience scheduling appointments and using EHR/CRM systems.
• General understanding of insurance processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective patients with empathy.
• Screen potential patients during phone consultations.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with providers and payers.
• Schedule consultations, evaluations, and post-treatment follow-ups.
