Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state. (unencumbered)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes.
• Educate patients and families and provide support.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
• Document patients’ progress in EMR.
• Stay updated with nursing best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
