Job summary

Florida Spine Associates is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide hands-on orthopedic care under supervision of licensed therapists. You will help implement treatment plans for spine and orthopedic patients and support clinic operations in a private practice setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities and a warm, empathetic patient manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orthopedic care under supervision of Physical Therapists and implement treatment plans.
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and biomechanics coaching.
• Maintain clinic operations: clean tables, inventory, scheduling, and front desk support.
