Job summary

Ceridian HCM, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to lead a team of CNAs in a 60-bed skilled nursing facility. The role is full-time with every other weekend, 8-hour shifts, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

The LPN will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality resident care. The ideal candidate has an accredited LPN education, Florida licensure, and strong nursing documentation and communication skills to coordinate care plans and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and proprietary software.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and direction of nursing activities on assigned shifts.
• Meet with administration and nursing staff to plan services and activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation of residents' daily medical records.
• Receive, document, and implement physicians' orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate admit and discharge of residents.
• Oversee medication administration and secure handling of schedule drugs.
