Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report changes, and document findings.
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, chart setup, physician orders, and medication orders.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and dress wounds.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
