Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program (LPN).
• Current LPN license in state or pending licensure as required by state law.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
