Nurse Next Door is urgently hiring a Caregiver in North Austin and Lakeway area (78734) to help clients live independently at home. You will support daily living activities and provide compassionate, personalized care.

Responsibilities include meal prep, personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and safe transfers. You will document care and communicate changes to supervisors, working as part of a caring team dedicated to better lives.

Responsabilités

• Assists clients with activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.
• Create Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
• Transfer clients, assisted, unassisted, or with equipment such as hoyer lift
• Provide personalized care and adapt to client care needs (stroke, memory care, incontinence, immobility, etc
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
