Excelin Health Services in the San Diego area is hiring a Home Health Aide to provide personal healthcare in clients' homes in Oceanside and El Cajon. You will work under a registered nurse, assist with hygiene, transfers, nutrition, and safety.

The role emphasizes documentation, infection control, and collaboration with families and staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant experience or CNA/CHHA program, and a valid driver's license with insured vehicle.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma preferred.
• At least one year of HHA/Nursing Assistant experience in the last 24 months or CNA/CHHA program completion.
• Must read and write in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• CPR and Hepatitis profile current.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN according to the Plan of Care.
• Complete timely documentation.
• Practice infection control principles.
• Provide a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with nutrition and fluid intake.
• Report changes in patient condition and communicate with family and staff.
• Attend 12 hours of in-services per year.
