Amivie Fosterbridge in Northeast Ohio is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide. No prior experience is required as we provide free training to help you earn your HHA certification. This full-time, Monday–Friday day shift role offers weekly pay and supportive supervision.

Formación

• Meet the training and/or certification requirements of the state in which the home health aide services are being provided.
• Active and verifiable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in applicable state or 1 year of supervised, verifiable experience within the last 3 years.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care.
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for caring for those in need.
• Current driver’s license, good driving record, and/or reliable transportation is required.
• 1+ years of experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care as needed.
• Follow a care plan under RN supervision.
• Meal preparation and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Promote infection control and hand hygiene.
• Report changes in client condition to the RN.
• Document care provided and maintain client records.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Participate in required in-service trainings.
