Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age due to auto liability coverage.
• Effectively read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Meet and maintain all requirements of the applicable state agency(ies).
• Prior experience as a direct support worker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health and welfare of the individuals served.
• Assist individuals served with medication and treatment plans.
• Provide transportation for individuals served in personal vehicle.
