Job summary

Kobelco Aluminum Products and Extrusions is seeking a Material Handler to operate forklifts and combi lifts to move materials at our Bowling Green, KY facility. You will load/unload scrap, follow FIFO, inspect materials, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

A focus on safety and quality is essential in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, with forklift experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Forklift/combi-lift experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and combi lifts safely to transport materials.
• Load and unload scrap bins, bundles, racks, carts, and ovens.
• Follow production instructions and maintain material flow (FIFO).
• Inspect materials and report defects to Quality or leadership.
• Label, bundle, and rack extrusions per instructions.
• Complete required production and packing documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You’ll Do
