Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a reliable Emissions Inspector to join our Houston shop. You’ll conduct vehicle emissions tests in line with state regulations, interact with customers professionally, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Must hold a valid Driver's License and State Vehicle Inspector License; outdoor work and standing for long periods are required. Perks include a $2 bonus per test, immediate employee discounts, and up to $200 per referral; benefits accrue after one year.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong people skills.
• Requires a valid driver's license and a State Vehicle Inspector License.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle emissions tests in compliance with state and local regulations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and a professional work environment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA standards.
• Perform opening and closing checks as required by policy.
• Provide customers with information about services and answer questions.
• Assist in the car wash area during peak hours as needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear protective gear.
