Job summary

Envirotest, a proud subsidiary of Opus Inspection, seeks a Maintenance Technician to service emission equipment at our state-wide stations. This full-time, non-exempt role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnostics and calibration of emission equipment and lane systems.

You will install, test and calibrate equipment, maintain records, and travel up to 30% of the time across stations. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel are required, with supervisory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when needed.
• Experience with maintenance, diagnostics and calibration of emission equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and calibration of all emission related equipment and lane systems.
• Install, test and calibrate equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic systems, alarms, networks, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Drive up to 30% of the time.
