The Eminent Domain Paralegal is responsible for providing legal and administrative support to attorneys in all phases of eminent domain and right‑of‑way matters. This role supports case development, property acquisition processes, and litigation by managing documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining detailed tracking of parcels and case activity. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters while working independently and collaborating with attorneys, clients, and third parties.
