Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in eminent domain/condemnation representing government entities.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal writing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise municipalities and public agencies on exercising eminent domain authority in NJ.
• Draft and review acquisition documents and related conveyance materials.
• Prepare condemnation complaints and progress through litigation.
• Analyze title issues and relocation considerations.
• Draft briefs and motions in eminent domain litigation.
• Maintain clear, professional client communication throughout matters.
• Support hearings and expand exposure as needed.
