Job summary

EnergiPersonnel seeks an EMI Technician / Level II Inspector in Midland, Texas, to perform EMI and other NDT methods on OCTG products in shop and field environments. You will evaluate integrity, document findings, and train Level I staff while prioritizing safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EMI, MPI/MT, and VTI certifications required.
• 3–5 years of tubular inspection experience in oil and gas.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures and specs.
• Computer proficiency and inspection reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMI, MPI/MT, UT, VTI and other NDT inspections on OCTG products.
• Operate and calibrate inspection equipment and perform pre-operation checks.
• Interpret data to identify defects, corrosion, wear and damage.
• Document findings, complete reports and logs accurately and timely.
• Train and mentor Level I technicians and support yard operations.
