Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an EMG Technician to perform nerve conduction and evoked potential studies under a neurologist's direction. You will prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure their safety and comfort in the laboratory.

You will assist in laboratory operations, including maintaining equipment and supplies, and preparing billing sheets. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year EMG/NCS experience preferred.
• Cert Nerve Condition Tech or Reg Nerve Conduct Study Tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EMG/NCS procedures and explain tests.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in the laboratory.
• Assist in laboratory operations and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Prepare billing sheets and related documentation.
