Premier Health is seeking an EMG Office Coordinator to support the EMG department at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. The role focuses on scheduling EMG tests for both outpatient and inpatient cases, preparing testing areas, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
The coordinator will distribute documentation, maintain billing records, verify charges, and respond to phone inquiries while upholding excellent customer service.

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Part Time Days, 56 hours per pay period

General Summary/Responsibilities:
Schedules outpatient and inpatient EMG testing. Prep patient testing areas. Escorts patients to testing areas and prepares them for procedure. Distributes all transcribed documentation, assuring accuracy and completion, to appropriate physicians in a timely manner. Maintains billing documentation, enters charges, verifies charge entry accuracy, answers telephones, relays messages, and performs general secretarial functions for the EMG service area. Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate supply levels. This position is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the service area.
Education: High school diploma/GED
Experience: 1-3 years of job related experience. Previous experience in patient scheduling or hospital/physician office environment preferred
