Parker Hannifin Corporation in Cleveland, OH seeks a senior SAP S/4HANA owner for EMG across Procurement, Demand Planning, Scheduling, and Inventory Management. Serves as the EMG functional owner and decision authority for SAP S/4HANA processes across Procurement, Demand Planning, Scheduling, and Inventory Management. Reporting to the Supply Chain Group Vice President, this role leads group-wide SAP business process strategy, deployment governance, fit-to-standard adoption, and sustainment across 6 North America divisions and more than 50 locations.
Partners with Corporate SAP S/4HANA Business Process Leaders, EMG SAP IT, division leadership, and functional stakeholders to align solution design, testing, business readiness, and deployment execution. Leads the end-to-end functional deployment of Procurement, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Operations Scheduling, and Inventory Management processes across EMG.
This role drives standardization of critical supply chain and operations processes and ensures SAP-enabled decisions support consistent execution, business continuity, and realization of SAP program benefits.
Reports directly to the Supply Chain Group Vice President. Maintains a strategic partnership with Corporate SAP S/4HANA Business Process Leaders, the Group SAP IT Lead, division leadership, operations, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing stakeholders.
Serves as the EMG functional decision owner for SAP S/4HANA Procurement, Demand Planning, Scheduling, and Inventory Management processes.
Has authority to make or recommend final group-level functional decisions related to process design, fit-to-standard adoption, deployment readiness, issue escalation, prioritization, and sustainment.
Leads group-level functional governance for assigned SAP processes in partnership with Corporate SAP S/4HANA Business Process Leaders and EMG leadership.
Influences and aligns division leadership, site teams, functional leaders, and corporate stakeholders on SAP-enabled business process decisions.
Owns functional readiness and adoption outcomes across assigned SAP workstreams for EMG deployments.
Provides matrix leadership to division process owners, site implementation teams, super users, and cross-functional stakeholders during SAP deployment, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
Owns ongoing functional process sustainment for assigned SAP workstreams after deployment, including process compliance, adoption monitoring, enhancement prioritization, and alignment with Parker enterprise standards.
This role operates in a complex, matrixed environment requiring alignment across Corporate SAP teams, EMG leadership, division leadership, manufacturing locations, supply chain, procurement, operations, finance, IT, and end users. The position must balance Parker enterprise SAP standards with division-specific operational requirements while driving process standardization, resolving cross-functional conflicts, managing implementation risk, and ensuring business continuity during SAP deployment and stabilization.
This role has direct impact on the successful deployment and sustainment of SAP S/4HANA across the EMG. Decisions made by this position influence procurement execution, production scheduling, demand and supply alignment, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, customer service, working capital, financial reporting integrity, and realization of SAP program benefits. The role is critical to ensure that EMG divisions adopt Parker standard processes and achieve consistent, sustainable business performance through SAP-enabled transformation. The role is responsible for supporting realization of SAP-enabled business benefits, including improved process standardization, planning discipline, inventory accuracy, data integrity, operational efficiency, and sustainable adoption of Parker standard processes.
