Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe Emerging Tech team seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage cloud-based, emerging technology solutions for enterprise customers. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose migration paths, and lead execution with a focus on secure, scalable architectures and risk management.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, providing guidance on industry trends, and delivering best-practice outcomes across the project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud based solution, system, network and operating system experience.
• 5+ years of customer experience systems engineering and implementation across CX platforms.
• 5+ years of customer experience systems design and architecting for voice, video, chat, email, SMS, social, self-service and chatbot channels.
• 3+ years of hands on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including integration with CX and contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS customer experience-based emerging technology solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging tech.
• Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
