Responsibilities

• Plan and execute rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum with grade-level teams.
• Assist data collection to inform instructional decisions.
• Lead small-group instruction with Lead Teacher(s).
• Perform clerical duties to advance student learning.
• Demonstrate passion for pedagogy and learner growth.
• Collaborate with school teams across KIPP Nashville.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate openly with staff.
• Build positive rapport with students and foster a calm learning environment.
• Uphold school values and student management policies.
