Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required and maintained.
• Basic understanding of current salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling, and makeup.
• Ability to demonstrate and upsell pro hair care and makeup products.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and support sales and service goals.
• Assist mentoring stylist with hair services and product recommendations.
• Perform hair services after month three, including cut, color, and styling.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and guest engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per procedures.
