Job summary

Medline is hiring for its Quality Engineer Development Program in the United States. The program begins with 12 weeks of High Intensity Training (HIT) and then rotates through Corporate Quality and Manufacturing Quality roles over two years.

Participants will own diverse product lines, gain broad training, and prepare for a Quality Engineer role aligned with Medline's business needs across domestic manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with a 3.0 GPA minimum preferred.
• Ability to process details and prioritize to solve problems clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support across a product's lifecycle from design to post-market.
• Author device master records, design controls, risk management, protocols and reports.
• Develop test plans for new and existing products and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, R&D, Product Managers, Manufacturing and others.
• Investigate and trend customer and sales force complaints and prepare reports.
• Communicate issues and propose process improvements to management.
• Engage in process improvement related to product quality and compliance.
• Support CAPAs, SCARs, supplier maintenance and more.
